Application instruction:

Also please include some information regarding your dual spec choice. All applicants are expected to have Dual-spec with knowledge of how to play it. For pure DPS classes, this means alternate specs for different situations as well. Why did you choose the dual-spec you did?

Alternate Character Information:
We value players who are able to perform multiple roles/specs on their character and even more those who have well geared alternate characters who can swap in for specific encounters.

Raid Information:
We are a PST (GMT -8) guild. Our current plan is to raid Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9pm to 1am. Please answer Yes or No if you can be on during the raid time. Sunday is consider a possible raiding day depending on if the raid group would like to try new boss or down a boss that's currently working on. It may not go as far as 1am. Invite to raid starts at 8:45pm.

Theorycraft:
What outside tools or resources do you use for maximizing yourself? Include a numeric breakdown of your stat priority/ratio; what each stat gives you in terms of Threat/Mitigation/Healing/DPS increases compared to other stats, and how you prioritize them. How you use those numbers to gem/enchant and choose upgrades? For healers, give us a breakdown of what spells you use in what situations, and why. For DPS classes, talk some theorycraft about maxing your DPS. What's your ability priority/spell or rotation? How do you use your cooldowns? How do you handle DPS during movement?
